A second 150-hour ferment from the same Pitalito producer, but processed to highlight a completely different profile — herbal, spiced, and electric.
Cardamom leads. Then a flash of lime and a long mint finish. It is one of the most unusual cups we carry, and it brews beautifully in everything from V60 to Aeropress.
