Guji, Ethiopia — 2,100 meters above sea level — is where coffee comes from. The landraces grown here have flavors you cannot replicate elsewhere.
This natural lot is loud with blueberry, lifted by florals, and grounded by a honeyed sweetness on the finish. Pull it as espresso for jam-like intensity, or brew it as filter for a more delicate read of the same notes.
