1. Orders
All orders placed through onlybeans.me are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout via our secure payment provider. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully captured.
3. Shipping
We ship across the UAE. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns of opened bags. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
5. Promotions
Discount codes and promotions are subject to specific terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be revoked or changed at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the site — photography, branding, copy, and product imagery — is the property of Only Beans and may not be reproduced without permission.
