The Story

The Composition.

Honey processing leaves some of the cherry mucilage on the bean while it dries. The 'raisin honey' style takes it even further — slower drying, deeper sweetness, more body.

From Tarrazu at 1,900 meters, this Caturra plays like a chord — rose on the top, black grape in the middle, honey and vanilla holding it all together. Filter only. Don't shortcut it.
