Grind & dose
Dialling in a grinder, ratios that matter, and why 0.5g changes everything in the cup.
Espresso
Pulling a balanced shot on a real machine — pressure, time, taste, repeat.
Filter & pour-over
V60 and batch brew technique, bloom, pour rhythm and water temperature.
Milk & latte art
Steaming silky microfoam and pouring your first heart — hands on the pitcher.
