Lebanese Raqwa · Cardamom

The cardamom version. Same Asia-Africa blend, same low-altitude roast, but with green cardamom milled directly into the coffee.

Brew it in the raqwa as you would the plain version. The cardamom lifts off the surface first; the chocolate and hazelnut hold the cup together underneath.
