The Story
Six and a half days of controlled anaerobic fermentation at 1,800 meters in Huila. The result is a cup that smells and tastes like fresh pineapple — bright, juicy, sweet enough to feel illegal.
The body stays creamy thanks to the Purple Caturra variety, which gives a soft mouthfeel that balances all that fruit. Brew as filter and let it cool slightly before the first sip.
